The Well Enough Check

A free, private wellbeing check built around the Seven Dimensions framework. In around 15 minutes, it helps you see where you feel steady, where you feel stretched, and what may need more care.

This is not a diagnosis. It is not a performance score. It is a practical reflection tool designed to help you understand how your wellbeing is showing up in real life.

A clearer picture of how you are

Sometimes you do not need more advice. You need a better picture of what is actually going on.

The Well Enough Check helps you step back and look across seven dimensions of wellbeing: Pause, Restore, Move, Connect, Filter, Ground, and Ripple. Instead of asking whether you are doing wellness well enough, it helps you notice which parts of life feel steady and which may be quietly under strain.

What it measures

What the Check looks at

The Check is built around seven dimensions that shape how life actually feels.

  • Pause: creating space between stimulus and response.
  • Restore: rest, recovery, and sustainable self-care.
  • Move: physical movement in ways that feel good to you.
  • Connect: relationships and genuine human connection.
  • Filter: managing demands, information, and what you let in.
  • Ground: feeling settled, present, and anchored.
  • Ripple: the positive impact you have on the people around you.

How it works

Simple and thoughtful by design

1

You answer a set of reflective questions across the seven dimensions.

2

The questions focus on lived experience, not perfection or performance.

3

At the end, you receive a clearer view of where you feel more resourced and where you may need more support.

The aim is not to judge you. It is to help you notice patterns that are easy to miss when you are busy getting on with life.

What you get

What you get at the end

By the end of the Check, you will have a clearer sense of your wellbeing across the seven dimensions.

You may notice:

  • ·Where things feel relatively steady.
  • ·Which areas are quietly depleted or under strain.
  • ·Which dimension may be affecting several others.
  • ·Where a small shift could make everyday life feel more manageable.

Radar chart

A visual snapshot of your current state across all seven dimensions.

Written insights

Plain-language explanations of what your scores mean and where to pay attention.

30-day practice plan

A personalised daily plan drawn from the dimensions that scored lowest. Each practice takes five minutes or less.

The value is not in being told whether you are doing well or badly. The value is in seeing your current reality more clearly.

Who it is for

Who it is for

The Well Enough Check is for people who are functioning, coping, and carrying on, but not quite feeling like themselves.

It is especially useful if:

  • ·You feel slightly off, flat, or depleted, but cannot quite explain why.
  • ·You are tired of all-or-nothing wellbeing advice.
  • ·You want reflection, not judgement.
  • ·You want a more complete picture than a single stress or mood score can provide.

What it is not

What the Check is not

The Well Enough Check is not therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice.

It is not designed to label, pathologise, or score your worth. It is a reflective wellbeing tool that helps you notice what may be out of balance, so you can respond with more awareness and care.

If something deeper or more serious is going on, this tool is not a substitute for professional support. Please speak to your GP or a qualified mental health professional.
