Wellbeing that works across your whole organisation.

Not a poster campaign. Not a one-off workshop. A clear picture of where your people actually are, and a practical plan for what to do about it.

Most organisations are flying blind on wellbeing.

They know absence is up. They know engagement is down. They can feel that something is off. But without real data, the response tends to be the same every year: another initiative, another awareness week, another employee assistance programme that most people never use.

The problem is not a lack of effort. It is a lack of clarity.

You cannot design an effective wellbeing strategy around assumptions. You need to know where your people are struggling, across which dimensions of their lives, and how that varies across your teams.

That is what the Well Enough Check for Organisations is designed to give you.

How it works.

1

Your employees take the Well Enough Check.

I give you a simple link to share with your team. Employees complete the Check in around fifteen minutes. It covers seven dimensions of everyday wellbeing: Pause, Restore, Move, Connect, Filter, Ground, and Ripple. Their individual results remain completely private.

2

I build your organisational picture.

Once your team has completed the Check, I aggregate the results and produce a report showing how your organisation scores across all seven dimensions. No individual data is ever identified. You see the pattern, not the person.

3

I walk you through the findings together.

Every organisational report includes a findings call with me. I look at what the data is telling you, where the pressure points are, and what practical steps would make the most difference. You leave with a clear picture and a sensible starting point.

Want to try it first?

The Well Enough Check and all 21 wellbeing practices are completely free for individuals and organisations alike. There is no cost to share the Check with your team and no requirement to purchase a package before you do.

The organisational packages below are for businesses that want to go further. Aggregating your team's results, understanding what the data means across your organisation, and working with David to define a clear wellbeing direction. That is where the investment begins.

Try it free first. See what your people say. The data will tell you whether you need to go further.

Simple, transparent pricing.

Pricing is based on the size of your organisation. Every package includes unlimited Check completions for your employees, a full aggregated report across all seven dimensions, and a findings call included as standard.

What the seven dimensions tell you.

The Well Enough Check measures seven distinct areas of everyday wellbeing. In an organisational context, each dimension can point to specific structural or cultural factors that are within your power to address.

PAUSE

Low Pause scores often indicate a culture of reactivity, where people feel unable to think before responding and decisions get made under pressure.

RESTORE

Low Restore scores can signal unsustainable workloads, insufficient recovery time, or a culture where taking breaks feels unsafe.

MOVE

Low Move scores in desk-based teams are common and linked to sustained fatigue, reduced concentration, and a gradual decline in physical resilience.

CONNECT

Low Connect scores can indicate isolated working patterns, weak team relationships, or a deficit of genuine conversation in the day-to-day culture.

FILTER

Low Filter scores often reflect information overload, poor boundaries around communication tools, and an always-on culture that never fully switches off.

GROUND

Low Ground scores can suggest a lack of role clarity, values misalignment, or a sense among employees that their work lacks meaning or direction.

RIPPLE

Low Ripple scores can indicate that people feel so depleted they have nothing left to give outward, which affects team cohesion and collaborative culture over time.

Looking for something more structural?

The Well Enough Check gives you a clear picture of where your people are. Sometimes organisations need more than a picture. They need a plan.

Wellbeing Solved is a workplace wellbeing consultancy that helps organisations treat wellbeing as a business issue rather than a benefits line. The starting point is the Workplace Wellbeing Clarity Day.

A single focused remote session that produces three things: a clear 90-day wellbeing roadmap, a board-ready business case, and a measurement framework your organisation can actually use. No lengthy discovery process. No vague recommendations. Just clarity and a practical next step.

Organisations that have already completed the Well Enough Check arrive at their Clarity Day with real workforce data already in hand. That makes the session sharper, the recommendations more grounded, and the roadmap easier to act on.
