Three things:
- ·A radar chart showing your current state across all seven dimensions.
- ·Written insights explaining what your scores mean and where to pay attention.
- ·A personalised 30-day practice plan with one practice per day drawn from the dimensions that scored lowest. Each practice takes five minutes or less.
No. The Well Enough Check is a reflective wellbeing tool, not therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice. It is not designed to label or pathologise. The aim is to help you notice patterns and make more grounded choices in response.
If you are experiencing significant mental health difficulties, please speak to your GP or a qualified mental health professional. That support exists for good reason.
Well Enough Life is for people who are functioning, coping, and carrying on, but not quite feeling like themselves. It is designed for the large middle ground between clinically unwell and genuinely thriving, a space most people inhabit for significant stretches of their lives.
If you are managing, showing up, and getting things done, but something still feels slightly off, this was built for you. It is not a substitute for professional mental health support.
The Seven Dimensions are seven areas of life that shape how life actually feels. Each one affects the others.
- ·Pause: creating space between stimulus and response.
- ·Restore: rest, recovery, and sustainable self-care.
- ·Move: physical movement in ways that feel good to you.
- ·Connect: relationships and genuine human connection.
- ·Filter: managing demands, information, and what you let in.
- ·Ground: feeling settled, present, and anchored.
- ·Ripple: the positive impact you have on the people around you.
No, and trying to would miss the point. The value of the framework is noticing where support is needed most.
Sometimes one low dimension is quietly affecting everything else. Sometimes a small shift in one area creates more steadiness across the whole picture. The 30-day plan focuses on the dimensions that scored lowest, so you start where it matters most.
"Well enough" does not mean settling, or lowering the bar because nothing better is possible. It means choosing a more human standard, one that makes room for real lives, changing circumstances, and limited energy.
In practice it means: rested enough to cope. Grounded enough to know what matters. Connected enough to feel less alone. Restored enough to have something left to give. The goal is not best. The goal is better, in ways that are sustainable.
Most wellbeing tools are built around optimisation, a single score, or clinical outcomes. Well Enough Life sits in different territory.
- ·Seven dimensions rather than a single stress or mood score, giving you a more complete picture.
- ·Designed for the middle ground: not crisis support, not peak-performance coaching.
- ·Practices that take five minutes or less and fit into a full and demanding life.
- ·Free, private, and no account required.
- ·A framework for noticing what is going on, not for performing wellness.
